Trust and safety
The right bag, the right hands, no phone numbers swapped.
Safety on a delivery platform is mostly small, boring mechanisms that work every time. These are ours.
How an order stays safe
Delivery PIN
For higher-value orders, or whenever you choose, the courier needs the four-digit PIN from your order screen before the delivery is marked complete. Share it at the door, not over the phone.
Masked contact
Customers, couriers and stores call and message each other through a temporary masked number that stops working when the order closes. Nobody keeps anybody’s real number.
Courier identity checks
Every courier passes an identity check and, for motor vehicles, licence and insurance verification before their first delivery. You see the courier’s first name and vehicle on the tracking screen.
Proof of delivery
Contactless drop-offs are photographed by the courier; the photo is attached to your order and deleted after the dispute window closes.
Incident reporting
Every order has a “Report a problem” entry in the same place, every time. Safety reports go to a human on your island, not a queue.
Fraud controls that do not punish honest people
We look for patterns — repeated refunds, cloned accounts, spoofed locations — and add friction, such as a PIN or a photo, before we ever restrict an account. A single odd signal never bans anyone.
Your data
Protected under the law of the island you order from
Each market has its own legal entity and its own data-protection obligations. We keep the data for your orders inside that market’s legal framework and apply the strictest rule where laws differ.
- Precise location history is kept only as long as a delivery needs it, then reduced to the drop-off point on the receipt.
- Staff who can unmask a phone number or view location history are named roles with mandatory two-step sign-in, and every look is recorded in an audit log.
- Support can act on your account only through an explicit, logged “support mode” that you can see in your account activity.
- Card details never touch our servers; they go straight to the payment provider licensed in your market.
